Year in the Life Photo Sessions

As 2025 ended I looked back through my phone and literally saw thousands of photos I had taken of my little one’s first year on the planet. I literally tried to take a photo or video of her every single day because I didn’t want to miss the moment… only what I forgot was to actually be in that moment. I spent so much time taking photos with my phone (of which half of them are blurry, yes even a professional photographer can take blurry phone photos) I can’t really remember the moment as it happened.
I want to give families like my own a chance to get back into those moments with our new Year in the Life Photo Sessions. Imagine, having a professional photographer who comes and captures 2 hours for your family every month. It gives you a chance to be in the moment and if you’re a mom BE IN THE PHOTOS! These are not portrait sessions they are real life moments and events that you and your family are a part of. These sessions can be as simple as a rainy day at home, attending one of your kids sporting events, or even a family celebration. You choose the moment each month that you want documented and I will come to your home and capture those real unposed raw moments.
Each day in the Life session will last 2 hours. As we are limiting this to only 5 families in our inaugural year you will have a choice of dates throughout each month to choose from. You can choose ahead of time or the week of. As long as I have an opening in my calendar I will be there.
When I arrive, I will say hello and then quickly blend into the background letting your family take control of the story. Maybe you want to capture a family dinner and bedtime with your little ones or a grandparents visit. We can go on a family hike, or you can even book an extended day in the life session for a longer day adventure – camping, a day at the beach, local amusement park, going to the fair… the options are endless.
Each family will receive a gallery with their photos. Each month your new day in the life session will upload into that gallery for you to download your images. At the end of the year, you have the option of adding on a Year in the Life Album that will be curated and delivered no later than December 30th, 2026.
We have several packages for you to choose from with monthly payment plans available.
Plan 1 - $200/month plus tax
2 Hour Day in the Life Session Every Month. You pick the date.
Monthly Gallery of Images – 5 Digital Downloads Included Each Month – Option to Buy additional images at $35 an image.
Plan 2 - $350/month plus tax
2 Hour Day in the Life Session Every Month
Monthly Gallery of Images – 15 Digital Downloads Included Each Month – Option to Buy additional images at $35 an image.
Complimentary 1 hour Family Session ($850 value) – This is for your posed photos which are perfect for holiday cards. (This session is not included in your monthly session)
Plan 3 - $1000/month plus tax
2 Hour Day in the Life Session Every Month
Monthly Gallery of Images – All the Digital Images Each Month
Bonus 6 Hour Adventure Session- This can include a Day at the Beach or on vacation
Complimentary 1 hour Family Session ($850 value) – This is for your posed photos which are perfect for holiday cards. (This session is not included in your monthly session)
Plan 4 - $2000/month plus tax
2 Hour Day in the Life Session Every Month
Monthly Gallery of Images – All the Digital Images Each Month
Bonus 6 Hour Adventure Session- This can include a Day at the Beach or on vacation
Hol-i-day in the life 4 hour session – We will capture you decorating as a family for the winter holidays.
Complimentary 1 hour Family Session ($850 value) – This is for your posed photos which are perfect for holiday cards. (This session is not included in your monthly session)
2026 year in the Life Album – 40 page Storybook retelling the story of your families year.
Plan 5 - $400/ever other month plus tax (Great for babies first year!)
2 Hour Day in the Life Session Every other Month
Monthly Gallery of Images – 15 Digital Downloads Included Each Month – Option to Buy additional images at $35 an image.

Pay up front and save 5% on each package.
Credit Cards are accepted at a 4% fee.
Travel up to 30 miles from 21770 included- There may be additional travel fees depending on location.
Family is responsible for any entrance fees, parking, tolls, etc when traveling to shoot location.
Photographer is not responsible if you miss a month-
However, you may be able to use that shoot you missed in another month and do two shoots in one month.
