Mary & Matt wanted a simple and sweet wedding. They didn't want any of the normal wedding hoopla toasts, dances, cake cutting... They wanted their day to be about their love and the start of their new chapter together. So they invited just their closest friends and family and had a ceremony followed by a cocktail reception at Sagamore Spirit
Their ceremony was sweet and intimate with their friends and family surrounding them as the rain fell outside the window. As Mary read her vows to Matt the tears swelled in her eyes. In a loving reaction Matt went in to kiss her which caused everyone to laugh and say not yet.
Their wedding was beautiful, intimate, and sweet just like the two of them.
One of my favorite moments from their wedding was when the two of them snuck behind the wall to have an intimate first dance together.
After their wedding they headed up to their favorite place where the two of them both thought to bring puzzles to keep busy since it was scheduled to rain all week.
Since it rained on their wedding we did alot of their portraits in the Royal Sonesta Hotel where they were getting ready. Which gave me an opportunity to try out some new creative work.
Mary and Matt had easily one of my favorite engagement sessions ever this past winter.
